By accessing and using PawFormatter (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PawFormatter provides a suite of client-side tools for beautifying and converting structured data in the JSON, YAML, TOML, XML, and TOON formats. All operations performed by the Service are executed locally within your web browser. No data you paste, upload, format, or convert is transmitted to or stored on our servers.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the data you process with our Service. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Processing any material that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of others.
• Processing any material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise illegal.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise disrupt the functionality of the Service.

4. Advertising

PawFormatter is a free, ad-supported service. We display third-party advertisements through Google AdSense to keep the Service free to use. Your interaction with any advertisement is subject to the advertiser's and Google's own terms and privacy policies. Advertising on this Service never has access to the data you process, which remains entirely on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details on advertising cookies and how to opt out.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from using the tools will be accurate, complete, or reliable. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

Specifically, some formats cannot represent every value identically — for example, XML has no native array type, and comments do not survive a round trip through JSON. We do not guarantee that conversions will be perfectly lossless. It is your responsibility to verify important output and to keep backups of your original data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PawFormatter, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Any content or output obtained from the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of your use of this free service shall not exceed the amount of zero dollars ($0.00).

7. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software, services, and all other elements of the Service provided by PawFormatter are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All materials contained on the Service are the property of PawFormatter or our third-party licensors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
